Twenty Twenty Agency Inc is certified as a Special Inspections Agency by the NYC Department of Buildings and will conduct a full range of testing and inspection services – including engineering, designing and administering any forensic or special tests to achieve the client’s needs – and as required by the Building Code, Energy Code, and all other applicable municipal and state laws, ordinances and regulations. Additionally, Twenty Twenty Agency Inc specializes in providing services for stalled sites that are ready to start up again and has created a dedicated program to assist in the transition from dormant to once-again active status.

Twenty Twenty Agency Inc’s lab operates as a full-service testing laboratory outfitted with the latest equipment that is the most sophisticated and technologically advanced in the testing and inspections industry. All equipment is in accordance with and adheres to all standards for all required testing. The lab operates under the supervision of professionals with required accreditations. All testing is performed per the American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Code Council (ICC) and American Welders Society (AWS), and other relevant standards. The lab has the capacity to service multiple projects at the same time.
